Zakład Budowlano-Remontowy BUDREM was established in 1990 as a Polish family company. From the beginning, BUDREM has been involved in the implementation of large commercial and industrial facilities as a general contractor and the overall service of investment processes.

BUDREM history is a history of continuous development. The company has completed over 200 construction projects so far, from petrol stations, car showrooms, industrial facilities to shopping malls and multi-family residential buildings. From the beginning, the company's goal was customer satisfaction. This resulted in many years of cooperation, including with West European and American concerns awaiting the highest standards.

Currently BUDREM is a capital group based in Ostrów Wielkopolski, which specializes in the comprehensive implementation of high-budget construction projects. As part of its operations, apart from the leading company Zakład Budowlano-Remontowy BUDREM Sp. z o.o. sp. k., specialized entities have emerged, such as: BUDREM Stal Sp. z o.o. dealing with the production and assembly of steel structures and Zakład Budowlano-Remontowy BUDREM Inwestycje i Nieruchomości sp. k., whose main task is the construction and operation of MultiBox retail parks.

Professional staff and many years of BUDREM experience ensure a high level of service during the implementation of construction projects. The guarantee of the highest quality of services provided by the company is the quality management system introduced in 2002 according to the ISO 9001-2000 standard in the field of general construction and steel construction. In 2010 and 2011, the certificate was updated according to ISO 9001: 2008 in the scope of: Supervision over the performance of general construction facilities. The company has been honored with numerous awards for its activities.

Since 2011, the company has expanded its activities to include housing. In 2013, the first investment - Nowa Wileńska in Warsaw was completed. Currently, further housing projects are underway, Project Park in Legionowo at Mickiewicza Street, which is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2016, and Project Fabryka na Praga, whose construction began in January 2016, located between Kawęczyńska and Radzymińska streets in Warsaw's Old Praga .
