The Shopping Center in Września was built on the basis of a one-story building. There are three main entrances to the building - two from the car park, one straight from the Wrzesiński market square ultimately connected to the gallery by a special footbridge. An alley was marked out inside the building along with a food court in the center of the gallery.

The center is located by the Wrześnica River in the center of Września. The facility is located at the intersection of Miłosławska and Kolejowa, which is an extension of national road No. 15. The premises of the building include the Wrześni Main Bus Station, operating since 1990. This station was integrated with the Shopping Center by separating a special area in the building and construction of bus stands.
